AT THE GOVERNMENT HOUSE, AT AUCKLAND, THE FOURTH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1861.

Present:— His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, in Council. WHEREAS by the 123rd Section of the " Customs Regulation Act, 1858," it is enacted that any goods whatever may, by Proclama- tion or Order of the Governor in Council (revocable from time to time), be prohibited to be exported or to be carried coastwise, and any such prohibition may apply to the whole Colony or to any part thereof; "KIA WHAKAKOTAHITIA TE PAKEHA ME TE MAORI."
