4. Participants

Invitations for the Meeting were extended by ACTRAV to the Workers’ delegates, attending the 86th Session of the International Labour Conference, from over 40 of the conflict-affected ILO member States. 1 A number of international and regional trade union secretariats were also invited. 2 In addition, a number of ILO staff both within and outside the Action Programme and some observers were also in attendance. The full list of the participants who were able to attend the Meeting is annexed to this report as Annex I.
