It is important for individuals who are caring for people with AIDS to know basic hygiene and home care to protect themselves from HIV. |

1. Decide how to teach this activity.
a) Provide an activity sheet for each student and have them follow the points as you read them. This would be a good activity sheet to send home with students for parents who might be caring for someone who has AIDS.b) Read the points to the students (only one activity sheet needed).
2. Ask students to read the points under each heading.
