5.3 Dispensing bait poisons and baits to inexperienced users

It is frequently necessary to dispense toxic baits and/or the ingredients for their preparation to inexperienced users. Materials should be dispensed in containers as specified above. It should be the responsibility of persons authorised to dispense bait poisons or toxic baits, to issue them only to mature and reliable persons and to supplement the information on the containers with appropriate instructions on the properties of the substances, the manner of effective use and the precautions to be observed in their use.
