This CDL CD-ROM library 2.1 contains 1785 publications (160,000 pages) in various areas of community development. The final objective of this cooperative project is to provide those involved in the areas of development and basic needs with access to a free of low-cost CD-ROM library of approximately 3000 books containing mostly multidisciplinary insights and solutions they need.
This humanitarian project is implemented in cooperation with numerous organizations if which GTZ-GATE, FAO Waicent, United Nations University, BOSTID, Peace Corps, Payson Center of Tulane University, University of Waikato (NZDL), World Information Transfer, UNRISD, CIVICUS, Mandat International, IAIA.
